Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
BeeTee Boutique uses United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) for shipping. Shipping time may vary, due to the availability of merchandise in our warehouse. You will be notified by mail of any delayed shipments.

Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Standard shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

SALES TAX
Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

ALL RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in new condition in its original packaging within (7) seven business days of receiving the order for an exchange, credit or refund.

REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE PAID SHIPPING COST.

How to return your merchandise:

  1. On the front of your packing slip, note the reason(s) you are returning the item and whether you want us to exchange it, credit it back to your account or give you a refund.
  2. Enclose your packing slip with the item(s) and ship prepaid* and insured to: BTeeBoutique 71 South Orange Ave #191, South Orange, New Jersey 07079.
